Criticize Epithetical Books That, Which Clouds the Soul

Nicolas Ryan Moore is a ball-peen hammer made of licorice sticks. He is a grilled cheese sandwich with the crust cut off, a small bowl of tomato bisque on the side. If you could hear the sound of a hummingbird's wings underwater, as it struggled for breath, trying to surface, yet unable to tell up from down, that would be him. He is strange. He is sad sometimes. He is insecure, yet self-involved.



This book is a wonderful and quick dystopian read. When I turned the last page I felt dismayed that it was over! I actually flipped between the last pages searching for a continuation. Part of me hopes there will be a sequel, but part of me really loves where the author ended the story. The novel is a commentary on the negative aspects of religion, specifically Catholicism. The author conveys an environment of guilt, shame, and suppression of curiosity, imagination, and truth in a truly artistic
