Robin Parrishs books tend to mess with my head and they definitely arent something I read right before bed! They also take me WAY out of my comfort zone, as was the case when I read Nightmare. That book was not only spine-tingling it SCARED me! Barely 2 stars for me. I kept hoping it would improve, but by the last third, I was just skimming.With the main character a cross between Batman and Daredevil, with too many cliches to even count, a bad guy who stepped out of a bond movie, not great writing, and a pseudo-Christian message that was pretty half-assed, this was pretty much a waste of a few hours.
