Rendition In Pursuance Of Books A Court of Thorns and Roses (A Court of Thorns and Roses #1)

Feyre's survival rests upon her ability to hunt and kill – the forest where she lives is a cold, bleak place in the long winter months. So when she spots a deer in the forest being pursued by a wolf, she cannot resist fighting it for the flesh. But to do so, she must kill the predator and killing something so precious comes at a price ...

Dragged to a magical kingdom for the murder of a faerie, Feyre discovers that her captor, his face obscured by a jewelled mask, is hiding far more than his piercing green eyes would suggest. Feyre's presence at the court is closely guarded, and as she begins to learn why, her feelings for him turn from hostility to passion and the faerie lands become an even more dangerous place. Feyre must fight to break an ancient curse, or she will lose him forever.

This is definitely one of my favorite books of 2015! I am a huge Beauty and the Beast fan and was in the mood for fantasy, so those combined and written by one of my favorite authors was perfection! I definitely recommend this book to everyone and can't wait for the next installment.

INITIAL REACTION: WILL UPDATE WITH REVIEW LATER BUT KNOW I LOVED THIS. IT KILLED ME AND BROUGHT ME BACK TO LIFE Y'ALL. A REVIEW IN GIFs :Me when I received the book: When I started reading: When Feyre was introduced: When Tamlin as introduced: FEYLIN/TAMEY: LITERALLY ME WHENEVER THEY SPOKE TO/LOOKED AT EACH OTHER: THE PLOT WAS BASICALLY EVERYTHING I WANTED IT WAS... THEN THERE'S CHAPTER 27!!! AND I DIED SEVERAL TIMES Amarantha, Also Rhysand: (more like get off my SHIP, am I

SARAH J MAAS DOES IT AGAIN!!!! KNOCKED MY FREAKING SOCKS OFF AND WITH A STORY RE-TELLING?!!!!I hate story re-tellings!!! I hate them but this, this master piece is no Beauty and the Beast. I'm just gonna jump right into everything and just a little warning: I'm so sorry if this seems like I'm frantically flapping around on my keyboard, but I'm just that excited. I was so worried that this book would have a plot too close to Throne of Glass and that the characters would also bare that same

I wasnt faerie, but I was a part of this earth, and the earth was a part of me, and I would be content to dance upon it for the rest of my life. ~3.5 stars~ACOTAR was nothing short of a delightful enigma, there was so much in this novel that I adored and some things that I wish were better. It blew me all the way away and left me wanting more of its glorious world and even mightier characters. note: copyright of all fanart goes to their amazing artists_______________ The Land of The Fae

Check out this book in my very first video review! ----------Update - 12/6/19 Should I cross the insurmountable TBR? Or reread this series again?I think you know the answer----------Here's the original review: Feyre is hunting in the middle of the woods to keep her useless starving family alive (Hunger Games, anyone?). A chance encounter with a wolf - who wasn't entirely a wolf - leaves Feyre on the wrong end of an ancient treaty. She is forced to go to the fairy realm to live out the

5/3/18 - ON SALE for $2.99:https://amzn.to/2HNCfG34/17/18: Maybe its b/c I listened to itthe narrator was fantasticbut Feyre was a lot less irritating this time around. Then theres the fact that I already knew (view spoiler)[Tamlin is NOT a good guy. (hide spoiler)] I took almost sadistic pleasure in cataloguing all the signs, and, MAN ALIVE, there were a lot of them. And all of that is why Im raising my original 3.5 star rating to a full 4.0 stars. #idowhatiwant4/16/18: REREAD. B/c finally going

Beauty and the Beast? The Iron Fey series? Perfection? HALLELUJUH MY SENORITAS! :'D
