1 star. DNF at 52 %*Emotional porn at its worst. I was seriously thrilled to read this book coz lets face it. How many times can you meet a hot fifty-year-old hero? Yes, please. Im game anytime! UmAdams gorgeous physique was the best aspect of this story. I am honestly surprised when I look at this high average rating. Have I read the same book? Whats wrong with me? This story was mediocre for me. It was the one I was most looking forward to after the introductory book. I couldn't wait to read about Adam and Karla however as I felt with the last book the story took forever to reach its conclusion. There were certainly some intense moments of heat however, I think the whole story could have been condensed significantly.
Wow! Read this book ages ago but when I saw that Kallypso had new book coming out about Damian I just had to re-read the whole series over again. Think Adam is my favourite. When I read it the first time I thought the age difference was a bit too much but on re-reading it I can see how mature Karla is. Really great book and thank god it is Saturday and no work so that I can check out the new book straight away.
